What you buy

VendX AI (vendxai.net) sells prepaid API usage, counted in tokens, for its API at api.vendxai.net, its dashboard and VendX CLI.

A purchase adds tokens to your balance. It does not guarantee access to a given third-party model or provider; the catalog can change.

Routing and fallback

Requests are served through upstream providers. When one is slow or unavailable, a request may be sent to another channel serving the same model so that it completes.

Latency, availability and limits can therefore vary from one request to the next. Usage is always billed at the rate of the model you asked for.

Your account

You log in with a username and password, or with a 16-digit VendX ID. Anyone holding them can use the account.

Keep them, and your API keys, private. Do not share them with anyone, including people who say they are support.

Paying

Payments are made from your dashboard. You choose an available coin and network; the window shows the exact amount, address, network and deadline before you pay.

Tokens are credited after the payment is confirmed on the network and matched to your order.

Partial, late or mismatched payments

A payment that is partial, sent after the deadline, or sent with another coin or network cannot be matched automatically. It is reviewed by hand.

Send the exact amount, on the network shown, before the deadline.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed one at a time. An approved refund goes back to the sending wallet where this is technically and legally possible, minus network and processing costs.

Changes

These terms can change. The date above shows the current version, which applies to purchases made after it.
